Account Deletion Process

We respect your privacy and your rights as a user. If you wish to delete your game account, here is the information regarding the account deletion process. Please note that this process is permanent and cannot be reversed after the grace period ends.

Types of Data That Will Be Deleted

When you request account deletion, the following data will be deleted from our system:

• Personal information (name, email address, phone number, and account ID)
• Game data (progress, levels, purchased or acquired items)
• In-app purchase history
• Customer support interaction history
• In-game communication data (if applicable)

Steps to Submit an Account Deletion Request

To submit a request for account deletion, please follow these steps:

1. Send an email: Send an email to [email protected] with the subject "Account Deletion Request".
2. Required information: In the email, make sure to include the following details:
   • Registered email address
   • Account ID (if available)
   • Proof of purchase (if you have made in-app purchases)
3. Identity verification: You will receive a reply to your registered email address containing a link to delete your account.
4. Grace Period: After your request is verified, your account will be frozen for 30 days. During this period, you can cancel the account deletion by contacting us again via email.
5. Permanent deletion: After 30 days without a cancellation, your account will be permanently deleted, and you will receive a confirmation email.

Consequences of Account Deletion

Once your account is deleted, you will no longer be able to:

• Access your game data, purchased items, or account progress
• Use the same information (email or account ID) to create a new account

If you have important data, such as purchase history, we recommend downloading it before the account deletion is completed.

Retention of Data for Legal Obligations

Some data related to transactions, such as payment receipts, may still be retained to fulfill legal obligations, such as for audit or tax purposes. This data will be kept for a limited period in compliance with applicable regulations.
